WHY ATTEND A NARHC CONFERENCE?

Our educational conferences are one of a kind in that we are the only national association dedicated strictly to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs). Rural health professionals of all kinds find great value in attending our Institutes, from CEOs and clinic managers, to physicians, to coders as we offer a variety of topics and include RHC beginner sessions. Whether you are looking to expand your RHC knowledge or keep up to date on the ever-changing rules and regulations happening in the RHC world, NARHC Institutes are the resources to do so!

For those who require Continuing Education Credits, we offer a range of 14-16 credits for AAFP and AAPC.

1 When can I register?

Registration opens January 2nd! Be one of the first 100 to register and get a discounted rate!

No, but you will receive a discounted rate for being a NARHC member!

Currently NARHC Institutes are offered as an in-person option only.

It is recommended that you download the event app prior to the start of the conference. An email will be sent once the app is available for this event. The app will be helpful to see and download speaker presentations, take notes on sessions and exhibitors, see a floor plan of the event space, and MORE!

The NARHC 2025 Fall Institute will be held October 20-22, 2025, at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino located at 2707 South Virginia Street, Reno, NV 89502.

Book your room and cancel it without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Yes. Each session will have the presentation and any handouts available uploaded prior to the conference in a PDF format in the event app!

While we do not have a required dress code, most attendees come in business casual attire.

Some choose to bring their laptops with them to take notes on the presentations. Don’t forget your power banks to keep your battery charged! It may be a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket. Session rooms tend to run cold!

We will provide a light continental offering at the start of each morning, snacks in the afternoons, and lunch on the first day.

No, only registered attendees may be in the conference space.

Please see the cancellation policy on the bottom of the home page for information on canceling your event registration. Hotel reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before your expected arrival without penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation/transfer refunds will incur a $25 processing fee. Transfers to a future in person conference are not allowed.

100% - On or before September 19, 2025
50% - September 20 – October 3, 2025
No Refunds – after October 3, 2025
Substitute Attendee – Substitutions will be allowed with advance notice
